Remove a user's security system access

Performing the following steps only removes the user's access to the security system but retains all of the user's additional information (e.g., associated email address, phone number, etc.).

To remove a user's security system access using the Customer app:

Log into the Customer app.
Tap .
Tap Users.
Tap for the user to be deleted.
Tap Edit.
Tap Panels.
On the Device Access page, tap the toggle switch to disable the access points that the user code should no longer have access to.
Tap Save.

To remove a user's security system access using the Customer Website:

Log into the Customer Website.
Click Users.
Click for the user to be deleted.
Click Edit.
Click Panels.
On the Device Access page, click the toggle switch to disable the access points that the user code should no longer have access to.
Click Save.
